Use the Flex Silicone Turner on non-stick and ceramic pans. Use stainless tools — the Fish Spatula, Smash Burger Turner and Wok Spatula — on cast iron, carbon steel, stainless pans and griddles.

Silicone parts are rated up to 600°F. Stainless steel blades handle any normal cooking temperature. Don't leave any tool resting in a hot pan, on a burner or near an open flame, and never use them under a broiler.

Stainless steel is made for cast iron, carbon steel, stainless pans and griddles, where it won't cause damage with normal use. Never use metal tools on non-stick coatings.

Yes — top rack is best. For the longest-lasting edge and finish, hand-wash with warm soapy water and dry right away.

The front edge is bevelled thin so it slides under food. It isn't a knife, but handle it with care, store it hanging or in a drawer insert, and keep it away from children.

Blades are 18/8 stainless steel. Flex turners have a steel core wrapped in food-grade silicone. Each product page lists the exact materials and dimensions.

Standard shipping is free on all orders of $39 or more (after discounts, before taxes). Orders under $39 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.

We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also look it up on our Order Tracking page. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update.

You can cancel free of charge before your order ships. To change your address, contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 12 hours of ordering.

Unused tools in their original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. For food-safety reasons, tools that have been used to cook or serve food can't be returned — but manufacturing defects are covered by our warranty.

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use — like a loose rivet or a handle separating from the blade — for 1 year from delivery. It doesn't cover misuse, exceeding the rated temperature, prying, or normal wear such as surface scratches.

Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason, and photos if relevant. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and approved, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
